Our medical, dental, and vision plans are competitive and accessible to all team members. Givens partners with Cigna for our medical and dental plans, and Community Eye Care for vision plans.
We offer various tiers of financial options for medical plans. Team members have the opportunity to choose a plan that suits their medical and financials needs best. Adjustments to major medical plans can be made each year during open enrollment.
Free short-term disability and life insurance plans are also available for team members to enroll in.

All full-time new hires start with 5 days (40 hours) worth of PTO. All part-time new hires start with 2.5 (20 hours) worth of PTO.
Team members begin to accrue PTO based on hours worked immediately; after 90 days, this PTO becomes visible on pay stubs.
Full-time team members can expect to accrue roughly 12 days of PTO within the first year. Part-time can expect roughly 6 days.
Accrual rates go up at the one-year mark, 2-year mark, 5-year mark, and 10-year mark.
